LEADERSHIP TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM ENHANCEMENT




The Olympians Academy is very proud to announce as part of our commitment to “Leadership Designed with You in Mind”, we have added MOBILE learning as an additional benefit to our Leadership Training and Development Program! In addition to our Continual Leadership Module Program (CLMs), Signature Series Digital Leadership Badges, and our Leadership Certification Program,  this technology enhanced learning option allows access to your leadership courses, ANYTIME, ANYWHERE and retains FLEXIBILITY for leaders to complete their courses when and where it works best for them!  In addition to our web experience, the mobile apps are considered an addition that will allow access features that include:

  • Custom Start Screen: Provides direct access to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use outlining our  commitment to protecting your personal data and complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Home Screen: Lists the three most recently accessed courses at the top with an option to see all of your courses and a Learn tab where you will find a list of courses available to you.
  • Auto Resume Feature: Allows you to continue your course lesson exactly where you left off, keeping you on track to achieve your goal(s)! 
  • Course Notifications: Receive course notifications informing when new lessons are available
  • Profile Management: User Profile Access to manage and control your account

 

Additionally, the course curriculum will display the following:

1.

Course name, percentage completed, and the total number of published lessons
2.

Lesson prerequisite indicator  

(i.e. you are required to complete it before you can move to the next chapter)
3.

Lesson prerequisite indicator  

(i.e. you are required to complete it before you can move to the next chapter)
4.

An indicator if a lesson can only be accessed via the web (browser)
