We are currently accepting interest for our Leadership Pilot Program.
Leadership scholarships are now funded and administered through the Leadership WINGS Foundation, our nonprofit initiative created to expand access to leadership and career development opportunities. The program is grounded in a clear and intentional framework that supports leadership growth over time.

This 6-week, scholarship-supported experience is designed for individuals who are ready to grow, reflect, and strengthen their leadership capabilities through structured development and real-world application.

As we look ahead to 2026, we are proud to share an important evolution in our scholarship efforts.
Leadership scholarships previously supported through external partnerships will now be funded and administered through the Leadership WINGS Foundation, our newly established nonprofit organization created to expand access to leadership and career development opportunities.
This next chapter builds upon a strong foundation, and we extend our sincere gratitude to Bold.org and Annie Levine for their partnership and support in earlier scholarship initiatives. Their commitment to expanding access to education and leadership opportunities has played a meaningful role in this journey.
Through the Leadership WINGS Foundation, we will continue to invest in emerging leaders by providing scholarship-supported access to leadership development programs designed to strengthen readiness, confidence, engagement, and advancement.
