  • What does the self-guided training course module program cost include?

    Enrollment fee, online course materials, course module progress status, signature series, elite digital leadership badge [issued to participants of our membership program who are pursuing additional Continual Leadership Module (CLM) training and development courses and groups/individuals who complete our 12-week academy program], and certificate of achievement (upon successful completion of all required coursework) . An additional benefit is that you can add your certificates to your LinkedIn Profile and/or share your achievements with educational institutions, organizations, employers, and social platforms via your digital badge! 🎉🎊

  • What does the Hybrid Group Training Academy course module program cost include?

    Enrollment fee, online course materials, instructor support, training course progress status, one coaching session, signature series -prestige digital badge (issued to group or individual Academy (12-week) training course participants only), certificate of achievement, and letter of recommendation (upon successful completion of all required coursework and coaching sessions). An additional benefit is that you can add your certificates to your LinkedIn Profile and/or share your achievements with educational institutions, organizations, employers, and social platforms via your digital badge! 🎉🎊

  • How long does it take to complete the leadership academy?

    Students complete the full leadership program in 3 months (12 weeks). Single Module courses are 2 months (8 weeks).

  • How many Hybrid Group Training course sessions are offered annually?

    Currently, the classes are offered on a rolling 12-week frequency.

  • Is previous leadership or management experience required?

    Experienced leaders are welcome and no experience is required for emerging leaders as long as you are dedicated, passionate, and eager to learn. The training course materials are designed to develop and/or enhance leaders from any industry!

  • Is leadership coaching offered to anyone enrolled in any of the training course programs?

    No. As part of the full course academy program, three coaching sessions are offered in order to help participants move forward as they acquire new skill sets and knowledge. In order to successfully complete the coaching requirement for the program, three sessions will be scheduled before the start of the final program assignment. Leadership coaching is not offered as a standard for the Membership or Subscription program models.

  • Can Self-Guided courses be taken at any time?

    Yes, self-guided course modules begin upon enrollment.

  • Are Hybrid Group courses made immediately available upon enrollment?

    No, group sessions have a set start and end date. Every group learner will have the same start date and release schedule when they enroll into the semester course. Course chapters and sub-chapters will be released weekly, which will provide all learners with the opportunity to maintain a work/life balance and study regimen, which allows opportunity for program completion.

  • Is the opportunity to receive a letter of recommendation available to all participants?

    No, the opportunity for a letter of recommendation is made available to group session participants that have completed the entire course including the three coaching sessions.

  • Can custom Leadership programs be developed for business organizations?

    Yes, custom learning can absolutely be developed specific to an organization's needs if there are courses that are not available in our current module offering, content can be specifically developed to meet identified organizational needs.

  • What Virtual Collaboration tools do we use?

    We leverage several collaboration tools including (but not limited to): Zoom, Google Meeting, or Zoho Meeting.

  • What general features does our Mobile app support?

    Features that are supported for Mobile are: ➡In-app notifications ➡Privacy Policy and Terms of Use ➡First name, Last name, Profile picture display ➡Access to our support email address

  • Does the Olympians Academy Mobile app work everywhere or are there location limitations?

    There are no regional access limitations. We are global, so the Olympians Academy Mobile app works everywhere our learning platform does.

  • What are the Mobile device requirements?

    Android - The 4 most recent version updates Apple iOS - The 2 most recent version updates

  • Can Mobile course content be accessed offline?

    No, the Olympians Academy Mobile App does not support the delivery of the content offline. You will be able to download certain lesson content (videos, PDFs, audio) and you can view it directly on your devices.
