Benefits of CLM's (similar to Continuing Education Units - CEUs) allow the ability to sharpen and enhance current skillsets. Additional benefits also allow current practicing and/or upcoming leaders to stay current with the latest developments impacting their fields.

Courses are noncredit, which means they do not apply towards a degree or diploma. Certifications officially acknowledge that you have satisfied and completed skillset studies in an industry specific, professional development.

A Certificate of Achievement for Annual Certification will be received upon successful completion of all required coursework for modules completed and can be considered as a standard of professional development. An additional benefit is that you can add your certificates to your LinkedIn Profile! In order to remain certified, you will need to complete a minimum of 3 CLM's on an annual frequency. Should you not satisfy that requirement, you certification will become inactive.

CLMs are only available by membership/subscription, offered in a bundle and you can choose which three modules you would like to complete for your annual certification.

A Subscriber is anyone who purchases the CLM bundle but has not participated in and graduated from the Leadership Academy program. A Member is anyone who purchases the CLM bundle who has participated in and graduated from the Leadership Academy program.

Yes! You absolutely can! However, the modules are an extension of the courses offered in the Leadership Academy Program and are meant to build upon that learned knowledge. You will gain the best benefit from participating in the full Leadership Academy program first but should you decide to subscribe to the bundle only, you will still learn valuable leadership skills. It's a WIN , WIN either way! 😊

For Subscribers (individuals who have not participated in the Leadership Academy program), costs include: online course materials, course module progress status, and certificate of achievement (upon successful completion of all required coursework). For Members (Leadership Academy Graduates) costs include: online course materials, course module progress status, annual coaching session, and certificate of achievement (upon successful completion of all required coursework).

Yes, module courses are “On Demand” courses and begin upon your enrollment.

Yes, custom bundle learning can absolutely be developed specific to an organization's needs if there are courses that are not available in our current module offering. content can be specifically developed to meet identified organizational needs.
