Academy Enrollment Options
The Olympians Academy offers Leadership and Career Development Coaching, Self-Guided Learning, and Hybrid Group Enrollment options.
Leadership Coaching and Career Development: We offer a 1-Hour session or one 8-week session, designed to unlock your full potential through personalized guidance, maximizing your personal value.
Self-Guided Learning and Development: Courses are always available for open enrollment.
Hybrid Group Training and Development: We offer course enrollment offerings on a 12-week frequency and enrollment is exclusive to accepted applicants. We are dedicated to ensuring you have a more personalized experience including individual coaching sessions which allows us to be able to provide a structured experience with specific, tailored coursework.

Personal Leadership Coaching or Career Development
Designed to unlock full potential through personalized guidance and support, participants learn to identify their strengths and areas for growth, set clear and achievable goals, and develop effective communication and decision-making abilities.
Self-Guided Enrollment
If you are looking to develop in a specific discipline, all courses are available for enrollment as single courses.
Hybrid Group Training Enrollment
Group Enrollment is for organizations looking to have multiple nominees participate at one time. If there are not enough participants to meet the minimum requirement, additional participants, including single learners, will be enrolled until we meet the minimum course requirement.
