Continual Leadership Training Course Modules (CLMs) provide opportunities to extend learning and skills building through continuing education in specific areas of interest. The modules are designed to encourage knowledge retention and strengthening of leadership skillsets through knowledge building, comprehension, critical thinking development, problem solving, and evaluation. Great Leaders will always continue to expand and grow their knowledge and their skillsets in efforts to continue leading with clear vision, focus, agility, and influence.
